PROCESS AND QUALITY CONTROL
Thanks to our Institute’s and its trainers’ experience in examining and analyzing coffee samples, we are totally qualified to offer the advantages of this service to members and non-members. Our centre is equipped to analyze all types of coffee samples and publish the results in a complete protocol of great value to the buyer. We analyze all aspects of coffee: physical, organoleptic and roasting.
Growers
We advise coffee growers and processors about different procedures, from growing to depulping, fermenting, drying methods, sustainable agricultural processes, etc. We analyze each farm’s growing areas in order to obtain very special coffees for the world’s great speciality coffee buyers, who are aware of all the organoleptic aspects of coffee.
Roasters/Retailers/Shop and restaurant owners
We can act as quality controllers between seller and buyer in order to minimize risks inherent in purchasing green coffee. We analyze samples of both green and roasted coffee. We design blends for different market sectors developing a complete procedure for each product, from the appropriate roasting profile to the ideal grind to assure perfect brewing. We advise companies specializing in vending, single-dose manufacturers, commercial chains and roasters who wish to sell coffees with specific characteristics.
Members
You can become a member of our Institute for a fixed monthly fee which permits you to take advantage of various services and types of information. For example, we will analyze for you 10 different coffee samples per month and send you a complete report of the results. Each additional analysis will be charged separately.
Non-members Non-members may also use our services at a fixed price for each individual analysis, accompanied by a complete report of the results. Contact us for information
