We offer personalized service for professional barista wishing to increase their knowledge of the different techniques used in competitions or in their establishments.
OENOLOGISTS
We explain to professional cuppers of regulatory agencies for wine, oil, cheese, etc., our cupping protocol based on the criteria of the Cup of Excellence. We offer introductory courses in coffee cupping to food service school personnel in order to foment coffee culture in future professional food service employees.
CHAINS AND CAFÉS
We advise large coffee shop chains and specialized establishments on implanting new products and training their employees.
GROWERS
We visit producing countries to assess farms on criteria to be implanted in wet and dry processing and in preparation of specific qualities for the different markets they wish to supply.
We participate in the international juries of the Cup of Excellence.
ROASTERS
We create the ideal roasting profiles for each coffee according to the method of preparation. We recommend the most appropriate blends for each market sector: food shops, restaurants, single doses, speciality shops, vending machines, etc.
We train sales personnel to help them give their clients greater confidence and stand out from competitors.
Our members benefit from quality control and assessment in their coffee purchases and analysis of their competitors’ coffees. All analyses are strictly confidential and we do not accept samples bearing a commercial trademark, only those carrying our laboratory’s and our customer’s internal reference numbers.
